Founded in 2003 as a family business, Bambuza Hospitality is a full service catering company focused on providing high quality, sustainable and reliable meal services to large groups in a variety of settings such as meetings, conventions and special occasions. In addition, Bambuza has the ability to provide meals services for employees and contractors of government agencies such as meal tents and canteens for emergency and disaster relief crews in the Western U.S. Bambuza also operates restaurants and concession stands at airports, military installations, universities and retail street locations.
