White Hawk Engineering & Design (WHE) was established in May 2010 and offers comprehensive CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES roadway and structural design/engineering, drainage, plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), storm drain design, utility design and coordination; planning); ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES (Biological investigations, Section 4(f)/(6(f) evaluations, and technical consulting); GIS MAPPING AND SPATIAL ASSESSMENTS; SURVEY AND MAPING SERIVCES (design and boundary surveys, right-of-way mapping, construction staking, and drone surveys. and certified CFEDs surveyors for federal lands); We have provided transportation & utility infrastructure projects for Departments of Transportation, counties, municipalities & corporate/private entities.
