Capabilities

I have worked as a contract instructor for the State Department’s Antiterrorism Assistance and Special Program Embassy Augmentation Response (SPEAR) programs since 2019; successfully completing 40 contracts in 23 countries. I have worked with Kurdish security forces in Iraq and airport security in the Maldives; trained SPEAR teams in Niger, Nigeria, Benin, Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of Congo; and consulted with national police and national guard personnel in the Philippines, Kazakhstan, Tunisia, Bangladesh, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Mali, Burkina Faso, Panama, Indonesia, and Thailand. My primary duties have included leadership, delegation, project management, facilitation/presentation, coaching, performance assessment, logistics, scheduling, resource allocation, reporting, team building, course content creation/improvement, customer service, and vendor liaison.
