Our clients can have confidence in L and M’s ability to properly arrange and manage their shipment needs based on the following criteria: The L and M Carrier Evaluation: Carriers that meet our safety and compliance standards are then set up in our database and become qualified to support our freight needs. We continue to monitor the service performance and financial strength of each carrier while they remain in our system. Communication and Control: While on-the-road, we maintain control of the shipment through our detailed dispatch and check call process. Our Customer Logistics Manager monitor's the shipment’s progress by speaking with the carrier’s driver at least twice daily. This policy enables our team to provide our clients with frequent status updates.
