Founded by Col. (Ret.) Abigail Ruscetta — 28 years active-duty Air Force, including Wing Commander and Vice Commander at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC), Tinker AFB. Col. Ruscetta oversaw depot MRO operations across propulsion and aerospace sustainment portfolios and led strategic planning, organizational transformation, and process improvement within AFSC.
