With 25 years experience, we specialize in forensic Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and developing API/NBIC-compliant repair plans for mission-critical equipment: Columns, Boilers, Towers, Exchangers, Tanks, and Piping. We provide expert reliability consulting for API 620/ASME Hybrid double-wall pressure vessels, legacy Riveted Tanks, and exotic materials (Titanium, Zirconium, Hastelloy, Inconel, Incoloy 800, Silver). We focus on high-stakes risk mitigation, ITP management, and technical oversight of NDT programs (VT, PT, MT, UTT) to ensure code compliance and long-term asset integrity.
