CrashBytes (Blackhole Software, LLC) is a veteran-owned, principal-led software and cybersecurity firm in Ohio delivering remotely nationwide. We build custom web, mobile (iOS/Android), and cloud applications; perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and fractional CISO advisory; and engineer AI and automation: retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows with human approval gates, and cost-governed LLM integration on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. We operate our own production SaaS products, including an AI-assisted software delivery pipeline and a security testing platform. The owner has 20+ years shipping software and about 10 years leading engineering teams under HIPAA and SOX controls, including platforms serving 200M+ daily sessions and 2M+ Medicaid and Medicare members.
