My name is Alia M. Almashni and I am CEO and founder of Almashni International Cultural Competency (Almashni CCC, LLC), which provides cultural competency training about the Arabic and Latino cultures. My business offers professional consulting services and cultural awareness workshops with a primary focus on Arab and Latino cultures. My company’s mission is to educate and raise awareness about these two cultures, which can often be misunderstood. In addition, my company offers Arabic and Spanish language courses that can be customed toward specific needs of a particular groups in the workplace or an organization.
