Capabilities

We are Tiny Drumsticks Inc., a shared commercial kitchen business with 16,000 sq/ft across two facilities in Long Island City. We are the home to over 30 catering and meal delivery companies. We have over 3,000 sq/ft of refrigeration and freezer storage, over 5,000 sq/ft of dry storage, and roughly 8,000 sq/ft of prep and cook space. We can produce and deliver a minimum of 250,000 meals a week. Our facilities can serve as storage areas-- not just for food. We have a third space that is not yet running as a kitchen. This could be utilized in a variety of ways/as deemed appropriate.
