With over a decade of experience as Vice President of Research & Development for a local defense contractor, James brought a wealth of expertise to the company, setting a strong foundation for engineering innovation and quality. In 2021, Starlight MFG Solutions expanded as James transitioned into leading the company full-time, allowing the firm to diversify its services to include the design and construction of custom automated equipment.
