We are a consulting firm with offices in Rochester, Buffalo, Binghamton, Albany, and Syracuse, New York, and Allentown, Pennsylvania. Our focus is on providing state-of-the-art structural, transportation, environmental and geotechnical engineering services, as well as construction inspection and land surveying and we are committed to providing technically sound, custom solutions to our clients.
