ProtiFi LLC produces solutions for protein and mass spectrometric proteomics analysis. ProtiFi was spun out of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL). We are the exclusive provider of the S-Trap, a sample preparation device for bottom up proteomics which allows simultaneous concentration, clean up and digestion in about an hour. We also invented and sell Tryp-N, a protease with N-terminal specificity for lysine and arginine. Tryp-N increases signal strength, clarity of MS/MS spectra and decreases digestion time.
