Bilingual in Spanish, Telehealth, HIPAA compliant, Major Insurance Accepted, Listed on Psychology Today and Headway. My approach to therapy is integrative, blending various therapeutic techniques to tailor the treatment to each individual’s unique needs. I primarily draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness practices. I am familiar with DBT ( foundational training certified), REBT, and other modalities. My goal is to provide compassionate and personalized care, fostering personal growth and healing for each client.
