Mecca’s City of Wholeness (MCOW) is an award-winning NYC certified Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) providing social emotional learning skills and health & wellness services for all age groups combining Vinyasa Yoga, mixed martial arts (Tai Chi & Qigong), somatic movement, mindfulness, and meditation. We offer a holistic approach to trauma informed healing and personal growth addressing issues such as anger management, depression, fear, grief & loss, physical pain, PTSD, victim support (assault, bullying, domestic violence), and more.
