MCCI, established in 1995, is a well-known provider of USB technology (software and hardware) to enterprise customers around the world. Our software has shipped in or with billions of consumer products. MCCI began our IoT initiative in 2016, both to diversify our business and to deploy our system knowhow in a socially meaningful context. MCCI has been deploying low-power wide-area network (LPWAN) devices, gateways and systems since 2016 in the United States, Taiwan, and India. In addition, MCCI products have been deployed successfully by our customers in numerous applications in the US, Europe, and Asia. We are the primary sponsor of The Things Network New York, Inc., a 501(c)(3) that is leading the deployment of LPWAN community networks in New York City and upstate New York.
