Leverage Assessments is an agile team of Industrial Psychologists, Psychometricians, Clinicians and Technologists who specialize in the development, administration, and validation of skills based, psychometrically designed pre-employment selection tests. We enjoy problem solving to develop customized solutions for clients in several different industries; to include, Public Safety (Fire, Police, and Private Security), Education, and Information Technology. We provide psychometric services for test companies who are pursuing/maintaining ISO 17024 accreditation, designing/validating new test content, building foundations; such as a job or practice analysis for existing credentials, certifications and other test programs.
