Triangle Investigations is a WOSB specializing in conducting misconduct investigations (i.e.: sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation), EEO investigations, EEO Mediation, and EEO Counseling. Our training sessions can be conducted in person or remotely, and cover a wide range of topics including Investigation Training for investigators and Sexual Harassment/Discrimination Prevention Training. We also create tailored policies that address specific organizational concerns, including workplace dating policies, social media policies, and microaggression policies. Triangle Investigations' proprietary app, Telli ™, allows employees to easily and swiftly report allegations of misconduct, ensuring a quick and thoughtful response, and when necessary, an investigation into said allegations. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our adherence to the best practices, policies, and procedures recommended by the Association of Workplace Investigators, of which we are active members.
