Capabilities

We can provide field services to feed up to 10,000 meals daily (or more with greater advance notice). Our meal services can also be arranged for delivery to your location, both in the New York City area and elsewhere. We are experts at establishing field kitchens and have worked in locations as diverse as Southern India, outside on an island off the coast of Maine, within large concert halls and museums and in all regions of the United States at times utilizing air freight delivery systems and internal trucking capabilities for quick response. We also provide catering services for notable private events such as weddings and charity fund-raisers.
