Considering this we have developed a valuable expertise of testing bid material before it comes out, and recommendations for the bid plans and documents. This saves the construction market a lot of time and money. Our examination focuses mainly on the discrepancies between the various bid documents and the lack of planning. The report we issue finally, finds the contradictions between the project plans, specifications, scope of work, contract, schedule and the Bill Of Quantities/Schedule Of Values.
