Born out of the Harvard Negotiation Project, Consensus specializes in negotiation, effective communication, and collaborative relationship management. We deliver customized, skill-building workshops, leadership development solutions, and executive coaching programs to professionals within government organizations (i.e., Federal, State, and Municipal) and private sector companies (e.g., Fortune 500). As professional negotiators and mediators, we also consult on a variety of negotiation and conflict matters and help clients address their most critical challenges. And, through our peace building initiatives, we help transition regional violence into sustainable peace. We are headquartered in New York, and have regional offices in Atlanta, Berlin, Hong Kong, Hyderabad, Jerusalem, San Francisco, and Singapore.
