Butterfly Counseling Services was established in 2019 with a mission to make mental health services accessible and affordable for a diverse client population. Butterfly Counseling Services is dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health by humanizing the experience of seeking help. Beyond offering in-person and virtual mental health counseling, Butterfly Counseling Services provides in-person and virtual training and workshops to agencies, companies, corporations, universities, and colleges. These sessions cover crucial topics like mental health, wellness, stress management, burnout prevention, effective communication, conflict resolution, and cultural competency. These trainings aim to inspire and empower individuals to prioritize their well-being and to help workplaces foster safe environments that support employee wellness.
