MJW Advisors is managed by Martin Wolff who has advised startup and other firms in fields including alternative energy, space, transportation, and biometric security among others. These services include intellectual property guidance, business development, marketing strategy and engineering design. Recently, he led a team that won a $125k grant from New York State to apply a novel high-speed rail technology to urban transit and advised two other teams that won $150K grants from a cleantech accelerator. He was also a cofounder for a commodity trading advisory fund and gaming startup. Prior to consulting, he was the Vice President of Advanced Systems at PanAmSat where he led the development of a last mile over satellite internet service and managed the procurement of over $1B in satellites and launch vehicles. He is a licensed Patent Agent and holds 3 patents. His education includes an MBA from Columbia and MSE and BSE degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton.
