Austin Air Systems is a small business that has been based in Buffalo, NY, since 1990 and was the first manufacturer of high-end residential HEPA and carbon air purifiers. Johns Hopkins University has chosen our medical-grade air purifiers to conduct multiple clinical trials which have proven that our purifiers successfully reduce asthma attacks and respiratory problems. Our on-going research keeps us in close communication with respiratory experts and the medical community and we are frequently learning of new ways to help more diverse groups of people, to include recently the chemically sensitive with our Healthmate Plus. We have provided purifiers for emergencies in the past working with FEMA and the American Red Cross.
