Conducts Virtual Healthy Eating Workshops and provides catering to various businesses throughout the WNY community. Impacts workforce development by utilizing ServSafe certification workshops that incorporate culinary training. 45% of the program’s students have secured jobs in the local foodservice industry as a result of their training. ACE continues to receive accolades from businesses requesting high quality, healthy catering options. ACE is also currently engaged in providing food education to parents and students in the Buffalo Community School program. Hands-on training is provided to participants impacting their approach to healthy eating and food preparation. The client list includes the Buffalo Police Athletic League, Global Charter School, and the Pembroke School (Genesee County) systems, SUNY at Univ. Buffalo, Buffalo State, Say Yes ACE has engaged in strategic planning activities with small businesses via consulting relationships with key clients.
