SBCC provides full service (phase I, II, or III) architectural and engineering services specializing in federal and public facilities, and 3-dimensional design. We utilize innovative technology and sustainable concepts in planning, feasibility, and design for design/build and design/bid/build projects. SBCC has project managers, a construction manager, superintendents, and craftsman experienced on a wide range of federal projects. SBCC specializes in environmental services for compliance, permitting, and remediation. SBCC provides condition assessment and asset management for facilities and infrastructure using the BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) for Department of Defense clients. This system assists in focusing attention to the most critical components, allowing for financial decision-making, short-term and long-term planning, and generates preventative maintenance task lists and schedule.
