Its founder, Raphael Warren, Col, USA, Ret. has over 25 years of military and civilian Information Technology experience and credentials. As the offi cer in charge of the Army National Guard Cyber Shield training events, Mr. Warren is nationally recognized for his expertise in Cyber Security and the development of Cyber Security teams. He is also the Information Management Advisor Counsel (IMAC) Chairman for region 7.
