Serna Solutions LLC was founded in 2003 by Brian Serna to provide training, consultation and program development services in behavioral health care. Since then, we provided training, consultation and program development services to over 2,500 individuals, from over 75 different programs across six different countries. Through our years of service we found the best way to help people activate their own resources for insight and change is through an integrative style that is non-confrontational, yet challenging. We blend evidence based practices with humanistic and insight oriented techniques to empower people to reach their goals. We have a diverse spectrum of licensed and certified clinicians who specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma and grief and loss. Serna Solutions has also established itself as the premier training organization in behavioral health for the entire state of New Mexico and consults Tribal Communities in the development of behavioral health programs.
