Past Performance includes, River Restoration Foreman, Rehabilitation Dam Project, heavy machinery operator, for over 16 years and own an Outfitting Company. Ground Breaking Excavation is licensed and bonded in the state of New Mexico. Currently certified and licensed with the State of New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES DIVISION under the classification of GS08 and pending MS-3.
