Academic advisement is given in accordance with governing directives, college reference materials, and local policies. Excellent communication skills with customers in counseling sessions, follow through to other staff specialist. Proficient in the use of Air Force and Community College of The Air Force (CCAF) online applications: Automated Education Management Systems (AFEAMS), (CCAF) , Civilian Course Conversion Table and singularity Document Management System. Highly knowledgeable with testing services, on-line courses, and correspondence course available through DANTES , AFIADL, Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC) and other programs and the applicability to degree programs. Able to assist customers, in use of Air Force Virtual Education Center (AFVEC) online for tuition assistance and other proper documentation.
