Through science-based and state of the art processes and frameworks, Fenix Leadership and Development, LLC: 1) Offers Leadership Assessment and Leadership Coaching to individuals to support their Leadership Development; 2) Works with teams using Team Assessment Tools, Design and Facilitation of Workshops and Team Coaching to develop their collaborative and innovative capacity to realize their goals and contribute to the overall organizational mission; and 3) Works at the organizational level in Organizational Assessment, Organizational Development and Change to support the values, vision and mission of the organization. We use state of the art processes and frameworks, including: adult stage development, 5 Behaviors of a Team, complex adaptive systems, polarities, sense-making and many other advancements in psychology, organizational science, and sociology to advance sustained success at every level of the organization.
