Along with offices in New Jersey, New York,and Maryland - SPR is registered in PA, VA, CA and has ability to establish operation anywhere in country/world to serve federal government clientele. SPR has MOU with several Design Firms and other capable Small/Large Businesses to form teaming as per the project requirements depending on the location.
