iDance uses dance to educate, uplift, and empower communities. Through dance, our work takes audiences on a journey through the emotional landscapes of mental health, addiction, and recovery, leaving them with a sense of empowerment and hope. iDance provides insight into experiences that are misunderstood or stigmatized, fostering greater awareness and empathy. Our workshops provide educational platforms, tools and resources. As an internationally acclaimed dance organization, iDance is celebrated for two signature programs: the Hip Hop Experience (HHE) and Project BrOKen.
