AM&S provides commercial & industrial construction and facilities services. We can service throughout the US territories. Our business has been in the same industry for over 40 years. We provide many different services and have experience with different types of facilities. AM&S is a full service facilities company that serves primarily the NYC Metro/NJ area. It is a 3rd generation, family owned, company with over 50 years of industry experience. We are small enough to know you personally, but large enough to serve you. We are not just cleaners. We provide Construction/Facilities Management and executing projects. AM&S provides the customer value without cutting corners on quality. We have completed projects and have ongoing contracts with the Army, Navy, Air Force, Army Core of Engineers, National Wildlife, and many state and regional agencies.
