Capabilities

Our team has a combined 30+ years in nutrition and dietetic experience with a focus on health and wellness, community nutrition, performance and sport nutrition, prevention and medical nutrition therapy for all ages. We have worked with the Department of Defense employees, military and their families in improving body composition, access to nutrition counseling, educational workshops and presentations on numerous topics related to health and nutrition for overall health and readiness. We’ve worked alongside professional strength and conditioning coaches to establish tools, training programs, as well as individualized health and fitness plans. We coordinate with other healthcare practitioners and our community to provide exceptional support and best practice for optimal health.
