At Take Back Work, we create transformative and human-centered learning experiences that catalyze powerful outcomes, both virtually and in person. We help teams at all levels work better, faster, and stronger together - with more alignment, trust, collaboration, agility and engagement. Our approach draws from a convergence of evidence-based sciences and practices delivered in a highly engaging, immersive format: Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence, Experiential Learning and more... Our offerings include offsite facilitation, teaming and cohort accelerators, workshops, and training. We operate in the fuzzy intersection between people, science, and strategy, helping build the awareness, attitudes, and motivation for clients to reach their potential. We work with both corporate and government entities.
