SeqStream PBC is devoted to the development of laboratory reference materials, open-source software, nanopore sequencing, and computing systems for the real-time analysis of DNA and RNA sequence data obtained from transplant patients; critically-ill newborns and other patients with undiagnosed diseases; and patients in hospital and non-hospital settings suffering from infectious diseases anywhere in the world.
