Hello! I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Employee Engagement Consultant, and Corporate Trainer. I specialize in helping clients maximize their potential by developing more engaged and productive work teams. Before starting my consulting company in 2015, I was employed as a trainer and business consultant for the State of Wyoming, and as a Certified Mediator and Adjunct Faculty Instructor for Western Nebraska Community College. I offer strengths coaching, leadership training, strategic planning, and employee engagement consulting for all industries, with a specific focus on the education and healthcare sectors. Positivity, inclusiveness, and a commitment to maximizing the potential and strengths of my clients are the main elements of my coaching style.
