Transcription of audio and/or video: Services include distribution of audio or video files, transcription, quality control evaluation of each transcript, tracking of progress of transcript, submission of completed transcript to client. This may also include any technical requirements for conversion of format of videos not widely used by subcontractors to a standard format. Translation/transcription: Services for translation to or from Spanish or French. These also entail the above-noted services relative to transcription. Consultation: Consultation or notification regarding corrupt or unplayable files, as well as editorial, manipulation and/or enhancement for suboptimal audio (if possible). Audio and video conversion are also available.
