The principal, Joseph Mayo, is an internationally recognized author and risk management expert who is passionate about improving risk management practices across the globe. JWMC’s risk management process is fully aligned with accepted industry standards governing risk management including the PMBOK, ISACA's RiskIT, and ISO Standards 16085, 31000, and 31010. JWMC uses a comprehensive project and program management approach based on the PMBOK, industry lessons learned and industry standards. The value of our approach is that global standards, lessons learned and best practices are distilled down to specific actions, deliverables, logs, checklists, etc. that can be effectively utilized by Project Managers and their associated team members.
