Willene Agency (est. 2019) specializes in research, measurement, statistics and program management which helps organizations make informed decisions on programs and outcomes. We have provided research services and support to WestEd and Me Too International. Our CEO, Teneka Steed, PhD, has provided statistical analysis work as a subcontractor with NASA and has contributed to a published educational research study funded by Department of Education including working on several health disparity studies funded by the NIH. Our primary areas of expertise includes Survey Design, Data Collection, Statistical Analysis, Database Management, and Program Evaluation.
