Trana Discovery, Inc. has perfected a discovery platform for identification of small molecule inhibitors of critical tRNA used exclusively by bacteria, fungi and certain viruses. Each discovery program can identify selective antimicrobials that target only the infecting organism leaving the surrounding microbiome intact. These inhibitors can be identified for plant, animal and human infectious diseases no matter the resistance mechanisms already present.
