Environmental Compliance: Expertise in ESA (BAs), NEPA (BEs), and CWA Section 401/404 compliance. We author/edit species-level conservation plans (Recovery Plans, SSAs), Forest/State Park Management Plans, and Watershed Restoration Action Plans. Restoration & Technical Services: Design and construction of nature-based solutions (beaver dam analogs, post-assisted log structures), stream/wetland restoration projects, and revegetation projects. Advanced Geographic Information Systems database management and mapping services (ArcGIS Pro, Survey123), interdisciplinary team leadership and support, grant management, and project management. Inventory & Monitoring: Comprehensive surveys of threatened, endangered, and at-risk species; invasive species; and ecosystems of concern (e.g., using point counts, line transects, eDNA, autonomous recording units). Fire Management: 10+ years experience in wildland fire management; lead/supporting Fireline Resource Advisor (READ/REAF) services.
