Founded by Certified Family Life Coach Expert Gale McKoy Wilkins, the company brings over 25 years of experience. Its flagship initiative - Program Arrow Life Coaching and Leadership (PALL) - offers a comprehensive life-skills curriculum aligned with social-emotional learning (SEL), behavioral intervention, and school safety goals. The interactive Learning Management Systems (LMS) delivers research-based modules that build students self-awareness, resilience, and communication skills, improving academic success and school climate. An approved vendor with the NC Department of Public Instruction and Center for Safer Schools, Project Arrow partners with schools statewide to implement peer-to-peer programs, using data-drive methods to strengthen school culture and leadership.
