As a small, but experienced construction company, PBE is licensed as a General Building Contractor and as a Public Utilities Contractor; specifically, Water and Sewer Lines infrastructure and maintenance. PBE’s capabilities include all facets of vertical, horizontal and underground construction, as well as marine and coastal projects, and their management. In addition, we have the equipment and experience to complete dredging operations in environmentally sensitive areas. PBE provides landscaping design and installation services, tree removal, overgrown embankment vegetation management in difficult to access locations and hardscape and water feature installation. We provide Contaminated Soils Remediation, Water Well Drilling, and Hurricane/Disaster Recovery Services.
