Herring, a Service‑Disabled Veteran with 17 years of HVAC, steam/chilled water, building automation, predictive maintenance, and electrical systems experience up to 480 volts, the company delivers reliable, safety‑focused technical support. The team includes co‑owner Jeremy P. Trad, a facilities technician with 20 years of mechanical, plumbing, robotics, and fleet maintenance experience. Capabilities include HVAC O&M, plumbing and utilities support, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, CMMS, and general facilities maintenance. Certifications: EPA Universal, OSHA‑10.
