ETC LLC, doing business as Evergreen Training Center, is a minority- and woman-owned small business providing organizational change management, workforce transformation, leadership development, training, executive coaching, and AI adoption services. We support government agencies, federal laboratories, prime contractors, corporations, universities, and nonprofits navigating technology, process, regulatory, and operating-model change. Services include change strategy, stakeholder engagement, impact and readiness assessments, communications, training, manager enablement, adoption measurement, reskilling, and sustainment. As an ACMP Qualified Education Provider and Authorized Everything DiSC® Partner, Evergreen delivers certification, internal capability building, assessments, facilitation, and coaching. Our scalable network of consultants, coaches, and facilitators supports focused and enterprise initiatives through virtual-first delivery, with onsite support when travel is authorized.
