Capabilities

I am a learning strategist and team leader. To support innovative and blended learning strategies, I led institute efforts to establish an organization-wide xAPI/LRS-based learning ecosystem. My agile team (of 3-10, depending on need) now develops interactive eLearning that results in meaningful learner activity data to inform our plans for onsite and remote instruction. I come to my work with an extensive background in both communication and instruction, and nearly 20 years of experience within educational and public health arenas.
