Statement of Capability:Merrittorious Services Healthcare Consulting is a single person consulting service that assists hospitals and organizations with enhancing safe patient care. Kimberly Merritt has over 30 years of civilian and military nursing experience to include medical surgical, family practice and perioperative nursing care to include four years in consulting, since retiring from the US Air Force. Merrittorious Services' aim is to focus on patient safety and processes, with the client's needs in the forefront. This allows provision of services in a collaborative and accountable manner with integrity.Services are performed through:•education with staff,•mock surveys (CMS, TJC, AAAHC) onsite or virtual,•virtual/live document reviews,•incorporation of tracer activities,•limited life safety reviews,•focused perioperative reviews,•medical record chronologies,•focused infection control reviews, and/or•webinars.
