We provide manufacturing equipment parts support (sales, exchange, overhaul, repair), for semiconductor manufacturing wafer fabs. The goal is to provide quality and reliability that is at least as good as what can be expected from the OEM, but with reduced cost. Semiconductor manufacturing equipment supported includes, but is not limited to - ASML, Nikon, Varian, Axcelis, Ebara, AMAT; and nearly every robot found in the fab (Brooks, Rorze, MECS, PRI, Genmark, Yaskawa, etc.)
