IJM Associates (IJM) is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). We provide our customers quick access to state-of-the-art digitization, automation, and healthcare management strategies. Both public and private sectors benefit from our years of experience in healthcare and information management which allows us to deliver complete, efficient, and effective solutions to our customers. Some of our healthcare management offerings are strategic planning and training, performance improvement, design/implementation of community-based health programs, needs assessments, technical assistance, and operational site assessments. Our digitization and automation services include records and information management, business analysis, process improvement and re-engineering. In addition, we provide Freedom of Information Act/ Privacy Act (FOIA/PA) support, program and project management, strategic and operational planning services, grants, and contract management support.
